Radiusen recently tested LaserWarn, an open-path gas detection system based on QCL technology in SINOPEC Research Institute of Safety Engineering. The product is developed by Block Engineering, which has been a leader in the field of chemical detection and analysis for over 60 years.

This product performance test includes mixture gas monitoring, gas type monitoring, minimum detection limit, detection distance, and response time.

The test results show that the product can monitor the mixture of propane, n-hexane, and benzene at the same time, and the minimum detection limit reaches the ppm level; the product can monitor various substances such as methane, propane, ethylene, propylene, and benzene; the spatial scale of the product to detect harmful gases is more than 400m; the response time of the product does not exceed 3s.

Testing new products helps us analyze the product's adaptability to the Chinese market and identify precise usage scenarios and users.
