Recently, Radiusen won the bid for the 2021 procurement project of General Administration of Customs. The winning product, MailSafe, will be used for real-time detection and alarming of biological, metal and powder items in inbound and outbound packages.

China Customs has been facing threats through the mail every year. MailSafe, a letter & small parcel inspection system, provides the solution. Using both terahertz imaging and millimeter wave, MailSafe sees more and smaller mail borne threats than X-ray scanners and detects powders and liquids, which go undetected with conventional screening tools.
